I can say this is the first clinic that I've been that employees are extremely unprofessional. For one,  the front desk guy/Phlebotomist  (who refused to give his name) refused to release lab results unless seen by the doctor. When asked about policies concerning release of documents, he could not and immediately handed the lab results, however as I walked out he slammed the door behind me so hard, he almost hit me with the door had I taken a step back. The doctor never stepped out to see what was going on. I have filed a complaint to AHCA and they will investigate their rude behaviors and professional ethic standards. I would advise patients and families to know their rights and policies when it comes to release of YOUR records and go to a clinic where you're treated respectfully, because YOU are paying for the services rendered. As for me and families, we are never going back to this clinic.
