Worst customer service. It was a beautiful, so I decided to take my daughter for a walk downtown and thought I’d stop in, considering I haven’t bought myself clothes since before I had my baby. Instantly, I felt judged. I was not greeted. There were 3 employees standing around. Nobody offered to help me when I walked in. I waited for them to finish their conversation before asking for a fitting room, since they never once offered while I was standing waiting for them. My daughter was in a stroller, so I had to try to fit it in the fitting room. The girl just about slammed the door on me. I heard her shuffling through the racks outside the fitting room, then when I was finished. She was standing outside the door “offering to take my clothes” as she proceeded to count them as if I were to STEAL while I have my baby with me. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting for the guy to finish scanning things in (not any purchases of mine). My baby was getting a little fussy and they seemed almost annoyed. I was the only person in the entire store, I wonder why! RUDE & poor customer service. I have never felt so unwelcomed to spend my money as I did today.
