HORRIBLE!! This was hands down, THE worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I have never been more rudely treated!! I called the store to make sure they had little girls dresses in my daughter's size. The response was, "we have a ton!" When we get there they drag out ONE worn out dress which was at least two sizes too big. All the "others" they showed me were at least 5x too big! Oh, but "we can alter it" they say. The whole point in calling before I waste precious gasoline driving thirty miles to get there was to make sure they HAD the size and variety in question. While my little daughter LOVED the dress, and it was a pretty style, it was also pretty worn and I didn't feel it met our needs entirely. I was not about to plunk down the insane price they were asking to for some thing MAMA did not absolutely LOVE. One young salesperson told me I needed to make a deposit for almost thirty dollars which was non-refundable and that then they could hold it until I made a decision, since I was obviously less than thrilled. When the boss lady walked in a few minutes later, I discussed this with her to make sure that she knew that I liked it, but that I had some issues with the dress and that maybe I could keep it on hold while I looked around a little more. (I was not thrilled but it was pretty enough to do in a pinch) NO JOKE: her reply was, "Are we wasting our time here?" SERIOUSLY?!!??!! Are your pockets stuffed with so many fistfuls of cash that you would not even take the money I'm risking to you for nothing? Then you must not need business, anyway! She then proceeded to spend another 15 minutes wasting MY time trying to explain I would never find another dress anywhere around here that I would want. Ever heard of the internet, lady? It's a BEAUTIFUL thing! With the alterations to the straps of the garment that may take a whopping 20 minutes to do, I do understand that THREE days is short notice. I also understand I can take my business elsewhere and would rather dress my child in a potato sack than shop at "Glitz & Glamour." It seems as though they are running a scam with the "alterations" anyway. Express shipping, here I come!!
