I have to say I have used two different storage unit since early 2015, mainly out of convenience being they were both right outside my neighborhood. One day I received a call from a friend telling me about Global Storage on Old Trolley Rd - this was only a few more miles down the road so I thought what the heck I'll check it out. I met with Kristy and ended up signing up immediately. She was so kind and so informative. Kristy and Brian have been nothing but helpful at any time I have needed them. I even accidentally called Kristy on her vacation and didn't even know it until my issue was resolved. She was just as nice and helpful as if she was working in the office. Kristy and Brian both have gone above and beyond the call of duty! I am now paying 100.00 less and I have electricity. It is so nice to deal with a company that has employees who provide superior customer service!! You can tell they love their job and they love working with the public. I plan on being a long standing customer of Global Storage.

Amazing customer service and very friendly owner. The facility is clean and easy to get into. The prices are low for your convenience. I would recommend this storage to everyone I know.

It's a well kept storage place and it suited my needs. But what sets it apart from others is the property manager (Krissy Stern) that runs it. She's extremely helpful and as nice as can be! She would come around and check on us in the extreme heat while we were loading and unloading. And would hand out bottles of cold water.  It's nice to know someone is watching out for you and I would definitely use this property again.
