Thank You Shary!!!! After emailing and talking back and forth I ended up with the PERFECT Hawaiian Vacation. My family is excited, I'm excited! June can't get here fast enough.

Requested a plan several weeks ago for a European trip. I was told a number of times I would get an email with a trial itinerary but it has never arrived.  I resolved today to find another travel agency. I hate it because my agent is nice-just need a little better response.

Vested very little in accommodating their customers.  Explained to her that we would like to get as much information as possible over the phone (we live in Eagle), but she insisted on us traveling to her downtown location.  Will look for a more accomodating agency to plan our European trip.

Cindy at global travel has helped me and my family for over 15 yrs.  she make sure every detail and I mean every detail is Met anything you want she gets for you. We always have wonderful times on our trips from San Francisco to cruises to Mexico everywhere she takes care of us
