Got a Groupon as a gift, here's my issues
1) first appointment I could get was over a month away.
2) after waiting a month, he showed up late and wanted to was the car in the rain. Rescheduled for TWO WEEKS later
3) never showed up or answered his phone to the rescheduled appointment!

Never showed up for the appointment he rescheduled to have. Had to text to see if he was still on his way-claimed he was in an accident, but would be late. Late turned into a no call/no show! Biggest pet peeve as a business owner is NOT calling or following up with your prospective customers. NEVER AGAIN will I consider or recommend his services.

Bought a groupon. Don't waste your money.  The only available appointment was one month later.  On the day of the appointment he was one hour late. In the 2 hours he was here he,  washed my truck with a brush, did no buffing or wax at all. Didn't clean the rims (but sprayed on a lot of tire wet).  I ran my fingers on the interior door panels and left lines in the dust that was still there.  Leaves and debris were under the seats. For  some reason all the seats were wet . This was AT BEST a $10 gas station car wash. Not in any way a "professional detail".

I called him in a panic with VERY gross interior stains. He was not only on time but early for our appointment. My car wasn't this clean when I bought it!! Great job.

Bought a groupon for a car detailing.  He did a terrible job.  There were grease spots on the exterior. The car finish looked dull and looked like it had not been waxed.  There was chemical residue on the steering wheel.  The wheels were not touched.  The carpet in the back was not vacuumed.  When I pointed out problems, he just folded his arms.  Never using this guy again.  I am calling groupon to complain.
