Great class. Kelly asked what the room needed and tailored the class appropriately. No guru-mumbo jumbo. No chanting. Just a solid fitness yoga class with great breathing cues. Thanks Kelly!

Kelly is the most amazing yoga instructor! All of her classes are so inspiring! As a massage therapist she also brings elements of that & essential oils to the experience. Truly the best!

My yoga experience with Kelly has been incredible. Positive energy, relaxation & a wonderful flow enters all her classes and sets the tone for your day. I've also had the pleasure of receiving massage treatments from Kelly, in the 18 years I've been receiving massage, Kelly is by far one of the best!
