Some recent health issues have forced me to drastically change my diet. Came into Gluten Free Things, Inc. and was pleasantly surprised to see that they not only have gluten free items, but dairy, egg, soy, corn, and nut! The owner was kind and patient and showed a lot of passion for his product. Tonight, I made my first gluten free pizza with his crust, and I was not disappointed, one bit!
Amazing gluten-free and vegan products!!! I recently purchased several items including their hamburger buns, cookie doughs, english muffins, croissants, & everything bagels. Fair warning their croissants and bagels are not true to a “traditional” croissant or bagel. I would consider them more of a dinner roll/ mini bread loaf but they are still absolutely delicious. All of the bread items I have tried so far are fluffy and they have an elasticity to them that is extremely difficult to find in products that don’t contain gluten. They are not dry or crumbly and they don’t fall apart like a lot of gluten-free products out there. I am so excited to have discovered this bakery and I can’t wait to try more of their products!
The people that bake in this shop are so nice and personally showed me their inventory and answered all my questions. And omg, these baked goods are the absolute best. I don’t know how they do it, but I honestly could not tell that they were gluten free. I got some cupcakes, brownie cookies and English muffins and my family LOVED all of them. The English muffins especially had the most amazing texture. *chefs kiss*
Very friendly staff. I can enjoy cupcakes and bagels that taste good. This store bakes everything fresh, without using the most common allergans. I can't have wheat or eggs. If you go, you have to try the grahm cracker they are to die for. Yiu will not be sorry.
I have loved every product I have tried from Gluten Free Things! My favorites are the English muffins and Everything loafs everything bagels. Their sugar cookies and other sweets are amazing as well
I have been a fan of Gluten Free Things for a while now. I have never had any problems, never encountered anyone being anything but kind to me. I picked up an online order today and was delighted to see the owner working. Mary is amazing with responding to your online orders. I can’t say enough good stuff about this place. Absolutely the best Gluten-free Bakery in the Denver Metro area! They have fresh bread, bagels, gram crackers, pizza crust, flour, cookie dough, cup cakes, etc etc etc lol. Check out their menu please! They have so much of everything that someone that can’t eat gluten could want! Not only do they have what you want but it’s very tasty too!!!! Some of the best gluten-free also vegan food you could ask for! Everything is also a good price! I’m happy to have found this bakery P.S. The owner is extremely personable and friendly, he makes the place very welcoming!
Wow! This place is incredible for gluten intolerant and celiac people, or anyone for that matter. The bread is UNBELIEVABLE. Most gf bread falls apart unless it’s really toasted. I ate this bread fresh and it was amazing. I know my friends and family members who are not gluten-free but have to eat gluten-free when they’re around me will rave about these products I bought. This is my new go to spot for anything gluten-free and baked. Also, the owner and Baker John was a really fun guy to have a chat with, ignore the bad reviews they have literally nothing to do with the food or anything important to someone looking for quality, delicious gluten free baked goods. Can’t wait to try everything they offer.

Not only are the products made in a 100% dedicated Gluten-Free Kitchen at Gluten Free things, their recipes are designed to be Vegan as well! Using Gluten Free Things products such as their English muffins, and deli breads makes us look good!!! Customers love that they can get such a tasty product!!!! The absolute best gluten free products hands-down. For the quality of product, it far surpasses anything bought at the grocery store. Especially, for the price. A deli loaf of normal bread this delicious is normally priced higher at somewhere like Whole Foods. 100% recommend any and all of the products. This bread has a crust, great crumb, and beautiful aeration in the loaves!
