Nothing bad to say about this place!

The four ladies that work here, Merry, Amanda, Cameron and Joyce, are friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable, helpful and charming. I could go on.

About a month ago, I was looking for some Italian red wine.  Merry, who owns the store with her husband, handpicked me a couple of bottles.  I've only polished off one of them.  My guest and I agreed it was delicious.

Yesterday I was on the hunt for vodka and tequila. I was looking for a particular brand of vodka, triple distilled from potatoes.  Merry told me that she had quit stocking it because nobody bought it.

Cameron quickly recommended another brand and brought it to me - also triple distilled from potatoes, gluten-free and reasonably priced. Now just a month ago, Cameron was brand new in the store and didn't even know where anything was yet. She learned fast.

And I found a brand of tequila that I used to drink a few years ago that had disappeared from the shelves where I used to live.

So I walked out into the snow with my two bottles and two doggie treats for my companions waiting in the car with the engine running and the heater running and the snowy temperature around zero.  Small town living can't be beat!

Next time you need something good to drink, drop in to Miles City Liquors & Fine Wines, also known by Google as GMP liquor store.  You'll be glad you did!
