I had a great shopping experience here 10/12/22 between 4-5PM?. I believe it was the manager who assisted me but he took time to explain the products I was looking at. Guy knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable and patient. Great customer service and I will go again.
4:45pm on a Sunday. The entire mall is still open and fully operational except this store. There are only GNC branches in the island of Montreal and clients have to go out of there way to visit your stores. The least you can do to keep your customers is respect your working hours.
It's a bit off to the corner of the mall, not very easy to spot, there was only one person working, some was empty, was greeted, there's not much selection in here, Pharmaprix has more selection, at least one shelf had all of the same item, not sure what the deal is with this location.....
This is by a mile the worst shopping experience I ever had. The guy working there somewhere between 3:30-4:30 on july 13th 2022 was soo rude. I asked the worker if they had creatine. He told me that overweight people should not take creatine which obviously does not make any sense as it retains water in muscles. He then said that he does not have creatine for me?! I told him to show me where is the creatine as I was buying for someone else and he said "you should've told me that before". That's just rude and then he didn't have creatine anyways. He then went on about how overweight people should not take creatine and how he the worker does not take it aswell which obviously shows as he wasn't he does not look like he lifts at all. He said that maybe creatine HCl might be okay for "fat people". I don't know from where he learned creatine for overweight people is bad. It retains water only in muscles which is good for everyone at any weight if they intend to workout as it actually helps with obtaining a better physique and doing better workout. Usually people who buy creatine is with the intention of working out which was the case with me. The type of creatine also has no impact as they achieve the same thing which is retaining water in muscle. Only thing is creatine monohydrate is actually more researched than any other type. The worker was extremely unprofessional as he fat shamed loudly in front of everyone, and has no clue of how supplements works. Moreover he's discouraging people from buying GNC's products. I am shocked that he still has a job. Save your time and order it from anywhere but this store.
: Has good customer service who know the products well and can recommend you nice stuff. The products are the top of the line in terms of protein shakes or powders for pre or post workout sessions. There are of course other products like Creatine and stuff, really nice. : It is pretty expensive because it is good quality,
The shop has many products, professional staff and he helped me match the price for the same product with Amazon.ca.
Lady at the caisse was not able to wear mask properly. Under the nose and sometimes it didnt cover mouth at all
They closed the store before 6pm Monday Got there at 545 nobody was inside store lights were off
they wrote on the dor 10 minutes back. ...I am waiting from 45 minutes. ...what a service
