Great food. Great atmosphere. Staff is 100% on top of their game. The service was on point. Good place to spend with loved ones.
We ate at this restaurant with a group of more than 5 people and it hasn't been the first time we ate here. This review is to help the owner and not hurt. Let's start with the service: The wait staff appeared to be inexperienced servers, handing food in front of the customer, being sloppy and dropping food on regular occasions. Not understanding when to buss the table and just a lack of etiquette at the table. Aside to not being able to communicate. The food was not good either. Tip for the Chef/Cook or Owner...if you see the food returning to the kitchen mostly uneaten and not taken in a doggy bag, ask why....you don't see that as abnormal??? The table had different seafood dishes and the fish was not fresh, it was smelly not fragrant. The atmosphere was nice, there was live music and the music kept everyone in great mood. Another positive was that they left you alone to dine and chat with your party so we were never feeling rushed. I know this place very well and frequented it even back when Ivano was running it. I don't think that you need to avoid it...The owner needs to step up and bring the Italian dining experience back...I know that there is a shortage of good help these days...but the owner needs a heavier hand....sorry!!! I am looking forward to returning and increasing my rating to 5 stars where it should be. Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant facilities.
The food is really good, it’s a tad bit pricy but it’s definitely a very good restaurant, it’s on the fancy side so I would dress nice when going there. The service is good too they’re very accommodating. Highly recommend it
Very nice place excellent food and service. There was even music with a singer which was great. Would definitely recommend for a birthday or baptism party or any other type of gathering great place to have it. Parking: Did not see a parking lot but might have been in back that would have been my only complaint limited parking but that was only what I saw?
First time there. Food was very good service was a bit slow but not bad. It was busy with parties that evening. I assuming staffing issues. Will definitely try it again.
One of our friends had their wedding here and we had the pleasure of entertaining. The food was amazing and it had a great vibe. Highly recommended!
It has been 20 years since I last visited so I had to come back and the food is very tasty. I had the big clams and the Pollo Serentino. It was delicious. Everyone in my family had something different and all were satisfied. We will be going back soon.
Bug crawled on wall. Ok killed it. Then bug crawled out of friends food. Gross. Ok they didn't charge her, but manager never came over to apologize to a group of 8 of us. Waiter advised they just did construction & painted which disturbed whatever roaches & critters were in walls. Again Really Gross. Won't be going back. Sad because I really loved going there.
The food is great & the service is excellent! Definitely a place for special occasions.
Food was plentiful and delicious. The staff was very attentive and friendly. My husband and I were there for a retirement party. Everything was great.
