contacted Goe regarding the installation of the Stage 1 upgrade to my 2017 tri-glide. Robin called me immediately and left a message advising me that she had questions and advice. on my return call Robin explained all the aspects of the upgrade particularly the muffler selection. proactive, efficient and knowledgeable. Robin took the time to discuss and explain the details so that i would be confident in my decision. Now just waiting for the stuff to arrive so that she can have my ride upgraded.

Worse vehicle purchase experience ever! Negative stars would be a better rating. In 2015, I went up there dressed in a t-shirt and shorts, had my helmet in the truck. Asked to test drive the new Streetbob. Sales person pulled the bike out while I went to grab my helmet. On the bike, about to take off and the sales guy stops me and tells me that the manager on duty said I cant ride with shorts on. No problem. I live nearby so I'll run home and change. Jane, sales lady I've known for years, tells me to just grab a pair of jeans on the shelf. Appreciate the customer service up to this point. Thanks, Jane! Change into jeans and get back on the bike. Sales guy comes outside and says the sales manager said I have to buy the jeans before taking the ride. What? Cmon. A $30 pair of jeans for a bike purchase? I head back inside, livid at this point. I change back into my shorts and start heading to my truck. Jane stopped me and asked what happened. I explain the situation and she said she would buy the jeans for me then. I appreciate the offer, but decline due to the 'sales manager' attitude. The sales guy comes up to my truck as I'm backing out to leave. He asks me what we can do to get me back on the bike. I tell him to get rid of the sales manager. I am heading to Houston to buy a HD. I asked him who the sales manager is. He says it is Kevin Goe. Well, thanks to Kevin, I got a really great deal on a Streetbob at Stubbs Houston. I drove the bike to Goe HD that evening to show them I was a serious customer. All for a $30 pair of jeans! Nice job, Kevin! BTW, I just bought another HD from Stubbs, a 2017 Street Glide FLHXS. $30 lost yall over $40k in bike sales from one customer in two years. I will NEVER purchase anything from this dealer and will continue spreading this experience. Sales loss will continue. I only wish I had been able to speak with Howard Goe that day. Things would have been different and I would be able to support one of our local businesses. Sad that Kevin lacks customer service. He must not understand that actual people own the wallets!
