Greg was very efficient and knowledgeable. It was a long day of servicing our 7 units in 3 buildings. He took great notes and let us know of any issues right away. All work was performed well and he completed everything in a timely manner.

Greg Ashby showed early for his appointment time and was polite and knowledgeable.  He addressed my problem, explained possible solutions, and proceeded to work on it rather than scheduling another appointment.  Very pleased with the overall experience today, and I would highly recommend Greg to others.

Had Greg A for the first time on a routine AC service.  We found him to be the most thorough and professional tech that we have ever had out.  Friendly and explains things thoroughly.  Could not be happier, hope to see him again next time!

Greg Ashby serviced our A/C unit yesterday. He was friendly, professional and performed general maintenance plus cleaning our evaporator coil quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Goettl's and Greg as a technician!
