We like the big theater, we try to go when movies first come out so we can seat in the big theater, it has that nice roomy old world feel.

We go to all of the theaters and have nothing but GREAT experiences . Some of the reviews on here are ridiculous. People need to get a life and stop whining. If you don't like the polices don't go. Duke has always been great to deal with .

Sky View and the Goetz Theater needs to be sold to a new party that interested in at least maintaining the old facilities, instead of sucking every dime out of the place Bathrooms are terrible, plumbing out of order, and not to code. Goetz 1 is a dump. All the Seats are shot, it's too big for the screen size, floors are always sticky and discusting. Fresh, hot popcorn? Not so much. I have never witnessed their machine make popcorn, or smell like fresh popcorn. It's more like it's dumped from a large bag and warmed up in the machine. Supervisor Employee's are rude, self centered, argumentative, and don't care about the customer. I feel sorry for the young ladies serving pop, popcorn, etc. They looked like they're scared to death they'll do something less than perfect, and get aggressively managed by management staff. As for their ticket prices, they're not a good deal as the place is a dump, and poorly managed. AMC Theaters charge $5 for a matinee, and their theatres are amazing with fresh, onsite Orville Redenbacher popcorn. Finally, on the fraudulent side, check the ticket prices versus what you are told to pay. They don't add up and somebody is putting extra money in their pockets are they're hiding Income from the IRS (perhaps that's why they only take cash). Freeport theatres are of the same vintage, but they have been updated and are first class while preserving the vintage look.

I enjoy the movies showed here. I would rather watch a good movie in this theater than fight the crowds and pay a lot more in other places.
