I'm fairly new to the area and I needed a notarization, so I came here since it was right on Port Saint Lucie Blvd & I have to say the "Going Postal" lady was so sweet, helpful, and took good care of me from the moment I stepped foot in the store to the moment I had to go!

Don't waste your time taking Textbooks here to sell. When I searched online what I could expect to receive for selling 2 of my college textbooks,  I was offered between $100-$110 by numerous websites.  When I took the books to Goin Postal, they offered me $25.00 for both books.  I felt so disrespected it felt like a slap in the face. Later that day I sold the 2 books online for $98.00.

I am always greeted with a friendly hello and thorough service.  Today I had a heavy package and the clerk picked it up for me and took it to the scale.  She was also very helpful in guiding me to make best choice by which to send my package.  I love to do business here because it is a nice atmosphere with quick and helpful service.

FAIR WARNING !!!! "Going postal" is exactly what you'll be doing if you contract with this worthless, over-priced, nasty place ! They have the worst customer service you could imagine ! The only thing they have to sell is customer service and it couldn't be worse if it was run by wolves ! If you call and ask to check if a package has arrived for you they start spouting about privacy laws etc etc instead of asking who you are and telling you before you drive miles to find an empty box in spite of selling you their "customer service" as they sign you up for a six month minimum rental package. Do yourself a favor, find a bridge troll and ask him for an address to use.  You'll get better customer service and maybe he would appreciate the money a little more. LESS THAN ONE STAR

The service here is spot on. Nice staff and they're really quick to help you with whatever you need.
It's a small location but I've found over the years that small places usually give the best customer service.
