Very disappointed in the way this management company treated me and my wife. Time and time again our matinence requests weren't fixed for up to a month. Dustin was always very hard to work with and mostly rude. We also got  charges taken out of our deposit after we were told we were getting the full deposit back and signed for it. We also didn't get proper lawn care and snow removal. It was very dangerous!

We lived in one of Gold rush Property Managements rentals for 2 years and we absolutely loved them. Any issues we every might have had they were there within hours to fix it. I really appreciate Dustin Glukert and making sure we were doing alright when my husband was out of town and always making things easy for us. Thanks gold rush keep doing what you're doing!

Great staff! They allowed me to reschedule viewings with my hectic schedule and even sped up the process to allow me to move in same day. I love the place. I would highly recommend Gold Rush to anyone and everyone!
