Story

Gold’s Gym Express Normal was created to give choice to our community-you! In 2011, John Morgan and David Horine, our owners, opened Gold’s Gym Express Normal as a 17,000 square feet fitness center.

Gold’s Gym Express Normal has a friendly, welcoming environment where adults can form and maintain fitness habits. Every day our team strives to positively change our members’ lives by providing the ultimate fitness experience. You will see and feel our care from the team members we select to help you with your fitness needs inside our doors.

Gold’s Gym Express Normal is an express fitness center. This model provides for a full array of workout equipment, strength and cardio. Extra amenities are kept to a minimum to keep the price point for dues at a low cost model. Member Experiences are important to us, so our employees are trained to assist members at any given moment, with their fitness needs.

We know that you are looking to create or maintain a fitness habit. With that in mind, we’ve created a community where you’ll meet friends who are working on maintaining those same habits. In addition, our expert Personal Training Director will listen to your goals and work with you to map out a plan for reaching your personalized goals. You will find the community and expert staff you need to start and keep your fitness habit alive.
