great gym , it has a military style look to It , that's why I chose it , the trainers are helpful and actually look like they work out unlike other places; depending on times you can go when theirs not to many people , like doing work and school hours and when its packed doing after work and school hours, theirs always good parking , they have a play area for the children while you work out. be advised that you should bring your own towel to lay on the benches ; very military friendly with the contract , has a lot of space for your work out, everyones helpful and the fridge is fully stocked their is also a vitamin store down the street for people that use those

They have a steam room and a sauna they have great equipment for working the upper and lower body but they hire staff who intentionally do not know the answers to questions don't look up the answers to questions could care less about the answers questions which is very frustrating.  Also, they have a FB page and refuse to post the schedule on the page.  The guy's response was "we are too busy."  Well, I am at the gym all the time and the front desk staff are busy talking or on their phones; they have the TIME to upload the most current schedule on FB and other social mediums.

Really great gym, been a meet for a couple months. Just about any equipment you could need for all your moves, classes are intense with great trainers, very friendly staff.

Definitely your best choice in Montgomery.  The other places are either poorly located, don't have what you need, or are way more expensive.  This Gold's in in a nice area, the staff are friendly, and most of the members are pretty darn friendly too.  It's just a nice atmosphere.  The only complaint I have is about the limited weekend hours.  I mean, I actually like to be able to work out late on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night.  And on Sunday, if you have an afternoon event scheduled with family, then you're out of luck (only open 1-6).  Still, it's by far the best value in Montgomery, and I enjoy working out here.  Definitely recommend.
