They do not care if facility is at 100%. 3 day pass asked about whirlpool all 3 days and they looked at me like I was crazy. Asked for 1 day to consider options and basically said no. Do not care if you come or not. Wasted a great place to be. Before was 24/7 and folks cared. Private ownership or franchised likely destroyed it. If you don't care about the details pay the over priced membership. If you expect courteous people and a clean functional facility, go elsewhere. If you don't mind the poor treatment then sign on up, they take your money gladly! 
Staff has no clue and sets around with headphones.
Obviously no management or maintenance doing facility checks.
Highest gym membership within 50 miles.

Verry poor service , they just don 't care ,as a forener i walked into the desk this evening and asked for entering the blond,acompagnied with a big man ,says i have to go to the front, on my question what the acomodations are she just looked more empty headed at me and said we don 't have any? So i'm heading to the front where nobody was ! After 10 min i went back and both people just kept talking and dont give a f... Nice ad

Have a contract. Only can workout late at night. Feb 1st they taking 3rd shift off. Now im stuck with a contract and cannot workout.

So,  not only were we NEVER informed that they had new fees for child care, my husband and I were appalled to find out that child care is $12 per month per child!   In addition to that, they also no longer offer family memberships.  

After we pay the "drop off" fee for childcare which is $4 per child, the incredibly rude little blonde employee in the kid care area was hateful to my 9 year old and 4 year old during their time.   They turned off the lights to get their attention which in turn scared all of the 1-3 year olds into tears.

I will be calling to cancel EACH of our memberships in the morning and using that $65 a month to go somewhere else that takes families with working parents into consideration.

I encourage EVERYONE to go elsewhere.
