Just like any contract learn to read them. Never ask a salesman. And cancellation fees no s**t have u ever tried to cancel your phone service too? It's all contracts. If you sign up to attend for a 12month period and decide to cancel 1 month in of course you're getting a cancellation fee. I've been attending this gym for 8 months now plan to renew my membership. Staff works with me to let me know when free bundles come up to let my friends join. My nuclear family and a few of my friends all attend this gym. Love it.

The gym was pretty cool when I first started I even got my friend to go with me I had her on my account just for two months and when we tried to  separate our accounts so she can put her card on file it was the worst experience.... customer service sucks... they didn't separate our accounts after calling several times and than they would say we will call u back never got one call back from them.... I called to cancel the contract and after that they said they would call back again... they didn't me thinking I had paid and canceled and after two months they called me saying I owed an  outstanding balance I told them I was not going to pay and I wanted to talk to a supervisor.... once again no call back instead they send me to collection... like I said worst choice in gym because of employees

Bad management all around. Really aggressive with contract sales. If you walk in right now, today, you will be getting non-stop phone calls from them daily about signing up, because "they have a special."

Great Gym! Wish they had bikes in the theater room. Should place some benches in the women's shower area. It would be awesome if the tread mills, cycles, and stairclimbers up and downstairs were faced towards the windows for a view. A couple other weird things deserve some attention. But people are people! I still recommend this location. It has great potential!!

I came back to this GG location after the management change, on good faith that they would handle their business in a decent manner. Once again however, I have been taken advantage of and lied to. 
The first time I was a member here, they sent nearly $300 to collections for an undisclosed cancellation fee, without any request for payment or notices.
The second time, I was really hoping the new management had began running their business honestly. That is definitely not the case. Although I failed to read the entirety of the dozens of papers that I was signing, I specifically asked the sales rep what the cancellation policy was because of my previous experience. He said that the policy was "month to month" and that I can cancel "at any time". This happened to be a blatant lie, because when I attempted to cancel the membership, they sprung a 12 month contract, $200 cancellation fee, and 30 day cancellation notice on me. Absolutely despicable.
Not only was I lied to, the manager on the phone was completely unhelpful, and the general manager refused to honor their employee's word. Nothing has changed about this business, and it deserves the poor reviews it receives.
