I spend most of my time in their new addition. It open and allows you space to do short sprints and drills. Great place to do some HIIT. It seams like it is hard for them to keep any of the staff as they usually are only there for a few months.

What a disaster. Seems like they spent all of their money on the bathrooms instead of equipment. Terribly dissorganized, dumbbells everywhere around the way weight rack, instead of on the weight rack. And the the weights that were on the rack, were not in any type of order which made it hard for me to find the weights that I wanted. Same goes with the straight barbells and curved barbells. Also, terribly overpriced, $35 for one week membership... I pay $20 a month at my home gym, and that includes everything. I do not recommend

Very Clean and friendly staff. Lots of equipment.  Theatre Cardio room is awesome!

Absolutely ridiculous service. Do not buy vip membership, i have come here for months now and had no problem with bringing a partner, and all of a sudden it is a problem to have a guest without a valid ID. they only have one person at night who usually doesn't pay attention to anything and maybe will do a trash run once in a while. My usual guest is now sitting down waiting for me to finish my workout because we drove all the way from Hagerstown. I used to love this place but recently it has gone down hill, and my friends and i may be taking our business elsewhere

Great gym although pretty slow on repairing equipment, men's bathroom is usually overflowing or something, piss smell during the rush hours.
