I like jumping into one of their spin classes if Gold's at Oakhurst Plaza on the East Shore doesn't have a class scheduled. A convenience when your membership works at both venues.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Gold’s location. But to keep it short, the staff is phenomenal, very kind and they know my name and talk to me when l come in. There is a great selection of equipment in my opinion and everything is decently clean.

The music they play isn't what I would choose to listen to, and the bathrooms could be cleaner.  But the equipment is well maintained, the lighting is good, the color scheme isn't terrible, and the staff is friendly.  I can deal with the other stuff.
