Very unprofessional management. There was no need to be rude or unprofessional over the phone. I hope no one does business with this company, especially if management treats people like that. 

Management had called me asking if I had called them. I had responded to them politely letting them understand that they had the wrong number. The response I had received back was rude, saying it was impossible that they had the wrong number and that I was wrong. I never called them, nor was so looking for their service. I had politely let them know I’m sorry this is a misunderstanding and there was no need to be rude. His response after that was totally unacceptable. It could have been a simple “have a good day” but he definitely is not professional at handling a simple phone call.

I had googled his number after he had called me to figure out what company had called me, the call upset me so much I had to review. The other reviews are correct when it comes to his unprofessional attitude and lack of respect.

Outstanding work guys. The owner came personally with his manager and gave me a surprisingly lower price than expected. Highly recommend these guys

Power-washed house and deck. Stained deck. Excellent communications from initial contact to project completion. Crew did an outstanding job. Very neat with professional result. Very happy I chose Gold Seal.
