From our initial encounter, I found the representative to be very professional and thorough.  His quote was comprehensive and written out for me.  I was given samples for the roof and a list of professional references.  The crew was timely, polite, neat and they worked very hard.  They cleaned up each day and told me when they were coming or leaving.  They made sure I didn't find any nails.  I have the warranty and the guarantee and I am very pleased I chose this company for its professionalism.

Gold Star replaced my roof. They were honest, courteous, professional, and very efficient. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend Gold Star to anyone who needs quality service and great workmanship. Gold Star was amazing.  Many years ago they provided us with a flat roof over our family room which has never leaked and never will.  Recently they roofed the remainder of the house.  The price was more than fair.  They gave us a discount as repeat customers.  Gold Star personnel are honest, humble, hard-working.  They care about earning the trust of the customer to develop long-term relationships that lead to future business.  Smart!

Gold Star completed my my roof replacement yesterday. Their service was exemplary, from the initial meeting and bid with Will Rose, through the scheduling, installation, and follow up. They were not the cheapest bid I received, but I felt confident with their attention to detail and willingness to explain every part of the process clearly. I feel I received excellent value for my money and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone considering a full roof replacement.
