If you want your life to change for the better, Jeff Gold is the attorney you have been looking for. However, if you are looking for an attorney that is out to prove the police officer was wrong you should continue on your search. Your efforts are an absolute must when you hire Mr. Gold; and for good reason at that. After my DUI I felt hopeless and terrified. I knew what I did was wrong and I was willing to do whatever it took to help my case. I was able to attend 90 meetings prior to my court date. I work full time and have a household to take care of so there really are no excuses as to why these simple requests set forth by Mr. Gold cannot be achieved. I blew a .24 at the time of my arrest. With Mr. Gold’s help, which I am still in awe about, I received VERY MINIMAL fines, NO jail time, NO community service and only a one month suspension on my license. I am forever thankful for his process as he was very honest and never sugarcoated any details. I knew from the get go that I was up against a lot of factors. His weekly calls were very detailed and helped me stay informed. The day of court I was very nervous but Mr. Gold has a way of making you feel more comfortable with the process. I will be sure to call Mr. Gold in a few years again; this time not for a DUI but to say thank you for everything.

Without question the best DUI attorney in LA. I would be hard pressed to list all of the ways that Nigel was able to help me reduce the extent of the damages that I had created in my life. What is a truer testament to his character, as an attorney, is his ability to hit the ground running when dealing with highly complicated DUI cases such as my own. His no BS approach coupled with his experience allows him to get the results one should require when facing times such as these. Granted, Mr. Witham's prices can be on the high end. However, yet again to his character, after we had agreed on a price. He reached out to me to renegotiate the costs of my case because the circumstances had fallen more into my favor, then we had previously anticipated. Certainly a gentleman among men. In short, if you want honesty, respect and the "Big Guns" to get things done. Then Nigel Witham is your guy, hands down.

FightDUICharges referred my girlfriend here for her type of DUI charge. I am grateful they did, because her lawyer ended up getting the case dropped. I would definitely recommend again for anyone having to go through a DUI offense.

I can say it was the best decision to seek Mr. Gold's assistance. It was my first DUI and the experience was really nerve-racking as I felt my life was over after the incident. He explained to me very well what could possibly happen and he stayed on top of things. He kept me informed as we went along with the case and I never felt I was given the run around at any point. He was very professional and very knowledgeable with when it comes to DUI. I'd definitely refer his firm to my family and friends. Thanks!
