Personally I love golden 1 credit union. My sister got an auto loan from them few years ago and few months ago and I gave them a try. Very easy process and good rates. Customer service was excellent and I received the loan in 2 days. Their tracy branch is very friendly and helpful. Large building and 6 teller windows. Almost always little to no lines. Usually a little wait for a personal banker. There are a lot of parking spots available and there's one atm machine on site. All on all highly recommended. Closing my chase account soon to solely use golden 1 credit union for my everyday purchases and uses. Although there aren't many branches around but they have a deal with other credit unions where you can go and take care of your needs

I have been a huge Golden 1 fan for years. I am member of Tracy Branch.
It is rather unfortunate that you do not employ a staff. I continually am 4-8 people deep in line with 1 teller. Cannot do banking in person, not a fan of atm and money being available at some point.

Best bank ever! They do not gouge you with unnecessary fees and their rates for credit cards and loan are the best.
