Michael has excellent customer service! I visited this location on 2/11 around 1pm. He provided me with the best service possible and gave me a new debit card on the spot because I lost my old one. He didn't seem fake either, he's a genuine nice person.

As fast as they can be when it's rush hour, always friendly and helpful, accommodating, courteous, and polite. The only thing golden 1 needs is currency exchange services and more locations but that is probably out of their control.
