Place does not deserve even 1 Star. Service is always under par, but of course check out their manager and you would understand. Can't count how many times the orders are wrong. And They will ask " What would you like" and it takes ordering four different items  before you have to ask "Well what do you have?", and then of course the grand reply of " Uh Well we got wings and thighs" FML...would be no surprise that these employees are at their highlight of their careers.

First visit, catfish and chicken strips were cold and limp BUT they just opened so did a second trip, same thing. We waited for about 6 months, tried it again. Ordered all breasts, the lady repeated it, yes, all breasts. Came home with a mixture of pieces, macaroni was dry and partially burned, coleslaw extremely dry and okra was squishy. Never wasting hard earned money there again

I waited 10 minutes on drive thru just to get a meal, 4 chicken fingers, mash potatoes and gravy. I wouldn't go again wayy to slow in the drive thru

Absolutely rude! I would eat there all day but I refuse to give my money to this place anymore the customer service is terrible.

Always slow as can be. Order almost always wrong. They are living off of the fact that there are limited options in Royse City. Avoid this place if you can.
