I've always enjoyed my visits here. Everything is well stocked, hot, and the steak is actually really good! They could kick up the desserts a little better (furrs has better desserts in my opinion). If you come here, there's a server named Miss Jodi. She's the best! Refills often (when our glasses are halfway done), cleans our table If not immediately after my husband gets up from the table then at least before he gets back with another plate. If there's anything new on the buffet she tells us (like now they're serving pumpkin pie). Find her and use her section. She's loads better than the other servers I've had.

A good choice if you just want a lot of options.  Most of the food was not even hot.  Desserts were good, but nobody offers any refills, plates pile up before anyone takes them.

Great selection.. the kids love it. Not my favorite but they have a good steak.. especially for the price

Love the service & food! Very family friendly, waitresses are very busy but still find time to check up on you every 5-10 minutes

Horrible experience. Everything was either out,  or old like it had been sitting for several hours.  Produce was old and visibly wilted or frozen, the icecream machine was pooled over with thawed icecream and dirty cones. The lady serving at the ice cream counter tried to serve my son put of a dirty bowl she picked food off of, and only switched to a cleaner one after being asked. It was very dirty, and they were breaking up tile on the floors as customers were dining, dust everywhere. The final straw was trying to get cash back to tip the waitress and the manager saying he couldn't run a card because he had closed the register long before closing time. After telling him it was to tip our waitress he said "sorry I will let her know you tried." Sadly our waitress was the only good thing about our visit and we couldn't even tip her. We will not be going back
