Seriously not the best place to be at. The food is okay, the price is not terrible. But staffing could always use some work. I've had one time where the waiter made us feel comfortable. Other than that not so much. One time they had a cook in the back being rude to everyone he was making fun of customers and refused to cook steaks well done. My mother went and asked for a well done steak and he told her "no, come back when you learn how to eat steak" like seriously? This always happens with the staff here someone is always rude

Went on a Monday, enjoyed everything. Salad was good. Nice selections every thing you want on a salad bar. Buffet area was kept clean. Families there understandably food falls on floor quickly picked up by staff. Steaks, fried chicken, shrimp all good seasoning and flavor. Sides above average very tasty. Deserts again nice presentation. Chocolate fountain a favorite for all. Will recommend and return again.

We've come here before. Everyone has always been polite. This last time going, I didn't appreciate the service from our server Sharon, short dark hair with glasses, in the section we sat in. She hardly came to us and asked if we needed anything. She did however make sure the white people seated in the first table had every little thing they could need. Then when she did fill my cup it was overfilled and didn't bother to wipe it. I had to, yet ever so careful with the other table. My husband leaves great tips despite service. She really needs to imorove her service skills or just advise non-white people sitting in her area she will do poorly so they can sit elsewhere and actually enjoy their meal.

I've eaten at this location many a time. Customer service here has consistently been good and food quality has been decent. The buffet depending on the day you visit offers steak, fish, chicken, grilled meats, shrimp and many other entrees. The side dishes that are available are extensive, and also include deserts (sugar free available). This location can become overly busy on weekends, especially Sunday afternoons, and on Friday nights. Barely any parking available and a line to be seated are very common here. Food offered at this location is average in comparison to some of the other San Antonio locations, with some of the items seemingly being a little better tasting. Over a dozen visits to this location, I've never encountered any problems, or seen anything that would cause any health concerns. Waiters and waitresses have been friendly. Prices for the buffet are average to fair for the quality of food offered. Customer Service (Wait Staff) 8/10 Food Quality 7/10 Price 8/10

Not a HUGE selection but the primary comfort foods are there, such as fried chicken, catfish, meatloaf, pot roast, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. The food tastes pretty good but not as good as my own because I have my own preferences. When I went the floor was wet but you can tell they try to keep it as clean as possible. Very nice waitress to refill drinks. This was our first visit as our place of choice went out of business :-( 4 stars because of selection. Wish they had more options.
