About our custom hats:

Our custom hat maker, Bill Knudsen of Knudsen hats, was voted "Best Living Western
Hatmaker," FOUR years in a row by the readers of True West magazine for his hand-formed custom hats.

Each custom cowboy hat is hand formed by Bill Knudsen in our Pleasant Hill location. He replicates just about any western hat you can think of including those worn by John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, the Tombstone movie characters,and the Hell on Wheels cast.

Bill makes his hats the old fashioned way- with hand tools and 30+ years of experience. This allows for beautiful curves and shapes that aren't possible with mass production factory presses and forms. Each hat is a work of art crafted just to your liking.
