Easy off and on from I95.  Friendly staff.  Nice bath houses.  Nice sites, easy in and out.  Nice dog walk.  A good place to stay if you are pulling off I95 for the night.  You can have breakfast or lunch in the on site restaurant but there is no campground store or "snack bar" so bring in everything you need to eat or drink for an overnight stay dinner.  There is a pool on site but it was not yet open on March 21 despite the weather being very hot.

Run down. Always fighting. Severe drug use. On may 21st. A bad drug deal went down and a white male got shot in the head. Beware keep chrildren away. Dumpsters boiling over. Bath houses so discusting. Epa has been called several times and the park is being investigated for raw sewage Running into back ditches. Number 1 count infested mosquito Count in the county. Take advice and not come to this park.the owner deals meth

Most disgusting th park in georgia. Everyone in drugs and shootings. Nasty bath houses. Mosquitos infested. Stinks like poop. Aweful water. Lots of theft. Never will stay there again. Owners very rude. People walking around looking like they haven't ate in months

After staying here for almost exactly 6 months and at the park most of the day and night, I can tell you that I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone and definitely not a family unless you're only planning on staying no more than 2 nights. The park owner is extremely discriminatory, if you look like the type of people who don't have money or are planning on staying a long time you will be put on the right side of the campground which is run down and infested with meth heads, people yelling all the time, and horrible amenities. If you get to be on the left side everything will be alright, it's not so bad. This all of the pros at this park: the prices are very competitive and cheap, has almost everything you will need, you can get a cable box for $40 which you get back when you leave, they sell propane (never bought from here though), lots have every hookup (even though they are unkept and may be broken), it has a pool that will be closed during winter, there is a nice restaurant that is owned by the owners wife at the main office (only open mornings on weekdays), you can receive mail & packages at their address, the park is at a good location(off of I-95 near the beach & downtown Brunswick, the office employees are friendly but the workers aren't (who are working for slave wages just to live in an owner owned camper in the back right). Here is all the cons of this park: as I said before it's very discriminatory, the owner and owner's wife are extremely rude 98% of the time (they're trying to sell out too), owner does not seem to care about the park's conditions whatsoever (the right side worse than left), he will not kick out the meth heads (that are very obviously messed up), the cops regularly have to ride through the park because of how many times they get called over something out there, there are 2 bathhouses and the middle one is good 99% of the time, but if you go to the back right one there is never toilet paper or hand soap because someone steals them, the doors get broken often, the stalls are dirty, and the shower hooks are all broken, the water smells and tastes very bad (don't really know why), they have 3 dumpsters (2 small, 1 medium) and they refuse to clean the dumpsters when they get full, they just take all the trash out of the front 2 and dump it all into the back right one (I watched a worker do this one day with a tractor), the roads are very unkept despite the fact they have a tractor that would fix it, most lots are extremely uneven, finally, I am writing this on our last day here and the worst thing ever has just happened last night, at around 10PM one of the druggies on the right side only about a few campers and roads away from me was shot in the head by another guy who was there just to buy drugs, he got lucky and was badly grazed and fine, but for someone to get shot at your campground is an extremely bad thing. The owner better see now that these people need to go so the place can actually be clean. The guy who was shot had been threatened to be kicked out 2 seperate times but owner never did, he cares to much about getting the cheap labor. That's all of the main things I could think were a problem or something good about this place, but for there to be another RV Park just down the road, do not stay here, it's basically a white trailer park that the owner claims to be a Christain but does not act like one. Good thing he's already trying to sell the place, he doesn't deserve or need to be the owner.

We just left the RV park now. We checked in last night at 10 to 7 and they closed at 7 o'clock. We got our site and went there and hooked up our RV.  We had no electric. We called the number for the office but they were already gone. We couldn't leave a message on that number because it said that the mailbox was full. I found another number for the RV park and called and left a message. No one returned our call.  So we had no electric and we already paid. We paid $39.96 for the night. We had to leave the park because no one answered us. We did try to go to a different site that was available but we were having trouble our circuit breaker kept tripping .We figured it's time to leave.!  We called him the next morning and the girl said she had a wait for the manager to come in to see if we could get a refund. Again no one called us back. We were pretty close by so we drove there to get our refund. The older woman whom we think is the owner, was so rude, raunchy, used language that was unbelievable.  We told her the story she said yes she got our messages and no we are not getting a refund. This is 10:30 AM. She told us she had a certified electrician look at that site and there is nothing wrong with it. I would love to know the electrician that she uses that she could get there at 10:30 in the morning! Absolutely she said we are not getting our money back! We paid her cash. I should have read all the reviews on this place before we pulled in there. One review was worse than the other. You had to be there to see this woman act the way she did with a mouth that was so dirty like the rest of the campgrounds.Don't go there!
