I bought a dragon roll and it was about $18. That is normal due to eel being the main part of this roll. I got barely any eel. I paid ~$18 for a shrimp tempura roll effectively. The clear soup had a weird flavor as well. I will not be ordering from here again.

My wife and and I went to Golden Koi for dinner last night and instantly fell in love with the sushi restaurant. The food was excellent, service was top-notch, and the prices were more than reasonable. I have no complaints about any part of the experience. To the contrary, every aspect of the experience was so positive, I am taking time out of my day to write a review because I feel the ownership and staff earned it. We will most definitely be going back regularly. In my modest opinion, the sushi at Golden Koi was better than my last several experiences at Osaka. Golden Koy offers dine-in options, pick-up and delivery via the various food delivery apps. My experience on Sunday, February 16 was as positive as can be expected. I definitely recommend Golden Koi to anyone who enjoys sushi and/or other Japanese and Asian style food. Follow-Up: Back many times since, stand by the 5-star review.
Not fond of the hot and sour soup but everyone is different. Received my order and also ordered sushi and they didn’t include soy sauce packets ‍ A bit pricey for what I received. On the plus side the soup was hot and fresh and the sushi was good.
Love this place. They are always open on holidays too, so my family and friends have been having Thanksgiving and Christmas lunch there for several years now. Friendly staff. Great food!Food: 5/5
My wife and I tried Golden Koi because all of the places we normally consider first when thinking of sushi were closed. We were plesantly suprised. Each time we have come the fish has been fresh and has been of good quality. The service has been pleasnt and attentive. In two of the four times we have visited it has taken our sushi order quite a bit longer than expected to come out. The atmosphere I would say is good to above average.
The food was great and wasn't as expensive as some of the other places on the northshore. Pictured is: Rock n Roll Bento box. It had crab, tempura shrimp and avocado. There's an egg roll and dumplings with fried rice included too. Pretty good for about $13.
The nice owner and staff must have been off when I ordered and picked up. She was terribly rude on the phone and just as rude in person. I would probably put up with it if the food was fantastic but it was just barely ok.
My cousins took me here and I'm so glad they did. The sushi is really good and it's even better if you go for happy hour to get the deals. The Dan Dan noodles were also good if your near this place I suggest you stop in and try it!
