The young girl was crushing over the gentlemen not pay attention and flooded my  plate with gravy spilling out of the bag.  I ORDERED CURRY CHICKEN AND THE CHICKEN IS UN COOKED . THE FOOD QAULTY IS TERRIBLE.

PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK This the last time I order from an establishment with NO PRICES of the food. Was charged $11.96 for a SMALL container of 3 plantains 2 piece fish and cabbage. FISH IS NOT FRESH IT IS HARD AND STALE picture enclosed I have purchased in past/days/weeks and the price of the food was never the same. Unfair to the community.

Simply wanted to share my experience as a customer for few months. The food is delicious, fish, chowmein, rice & peas, just to name a few.... It's imperative to note, one reason I keep returning, is because of Laverne. Excellent customer service skills! Keep up the good work Laverne!!!  Loyal customer

The food has improved from like 5 years ago. I am never a fan of golden crust in general because their food to me has never met the standard of Jamaican restaurants. I remember buying chicken at this location about 5 years ago had to throw it away. Now, the food has improved and I do mention that Laverne is always pleasant and polite. Great customer service. They all are but I’ve noticed her tenderness.if I had a business I would hire her. Always a beautiful smile. Like she leaves her problems at home if she has any and goes straight into work mode!!

I really hate giving bad reviews, and really don't give reviews unless I really enjoy the place or if requested by the establishment. This review has been a long time coming. Ive ordered from here maybe 4 times, always the same thinggoat roti and they have not gotten it right yet! The first order was the best but they ran out of potatoes n carrots‍ the next time we had 2 pieces of meat each and filled with potatoes. 3rd time too wet to pick up and doubled wrap because it was mostly breadroti This time it was absolutely the worst. The roti was so stiff and dry. Not even the meat had sauce/juices, which would have helped the bread to soften a little. NOT EVEN!!! There was no potatoes or carrots in mine but my daughter had about 3 pieces and 1 small piece of carrot. I have never had roti so bad. I first loved roti by stepping in a store on Nostrand and Fulton and been loving roti ever since. Even having them from vendors or other stores restaurants, this is my absolute worst experience every time I've ordered from this place. This is my last time ordering from this golden DUST, because this can not be GOLDEN KRUST! This store seriously give Golden Krust a bad name‍ Please avoid this particular Golden Krust if you are looking for a great roti meal, this ain't it! Can't speak on the other food they sale there. Also.... this lady who works in the front is very rude. There is no need to be rude to someone for no reason, especially if you putting out horrible products. We don't have to patron your lil bootleg shop. BE BETTER, DO BETTER! And pls do not respond with the automated response. I don't need it or want it. But next Golden Krust I patronize I will be checking the reviews and everyone should be doing the same. I'm not a picky eater guys and I don't like leaving reviews. Trust me on this!

Came here for curry goat, it tastes good but the goat was nothing but bones. Plantain were sweet. Rice was over cooked. Overpriced. Friendly server but I wouldn’t come back unless I was desperate like I was this evening.

Nasty cashiers I came in and asked for patties and she told me no and walked away I asked someone what was that about she proceeded to tell me they was no more they are disrespectful and I honestly don’t recommend this place to anyone and my friends also told me she seen a water bug when I told her about this .

The people that work here are literally illiterate!!! Ordered cocktail Patties for an office party a week in advance. Call the day before pickup to  remind them and they day of pick up. Ugly cashier looking at like dear in head lights . When she realized she did not make my 3 orders of cocktail Pattie’s. When everyone was telling the paper is right above the register that she was so stupid that she couldn’t read you had preorder to make. The fact that their food is horrible and the health department need to take a visit. This sealed the deal for me. This  golden  Krust will never get my money. I wouldn’t even give them not even 1 star

I ordered Jerk Chicken dinner & Oxtail dinner I couldn’t even EAT IT!!! Rice was mushy and nasty.. It smelled stale…. I seriously had to throw it away!! It was like scraps they put together.   I ordered from them before and this is first time…. But NEVER AGAIN…. Will I order!!!

The worst!!!!!!! Customer service ever everybody works. There is just the same all of them. Please don’t go there.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Food: 2/5
