Hands down the worst experience I've had with a florist. I like to give small business my support when I can, and being right down the street from work I thought I would give Goldie's a try. When you walk in the place itself is dank and musty with little to no actual live flowers. When the lady in the back finally came out to see me she seemed more annoyed than anything. When asked if I could see some examples to help me pick a bouquet her response was, "I mean theres books on the table." When I started looking at the books and told her my budget she wasn't helpful at all other than to tell me, "that's out of your budget" (mind you my budget was $35 for a small bouquet, which I didn't think was unreasonable). Finally, I ended up telling her to just do a small summer bouquet with in season flowers, but please no carnations. She said this wouldn't be an issue, so I paid and left. When I went to pick up the flowers, a different florist walked out with my bouquet- 5 carnations and 2 roses and a whole lot of spray painted filler. I wish that was an exaggeration, but I counted. I tried to politely ask to switch some of the flowers out- this was at max $9 worth of flowers total and exactly what I said not to do. She was irritated and said there was no switching, refunds, or exchanges. I then asked to speak to a manager, who apparently wasn't in. I left the bouquet and went and got one from Giant Eagle with lilies, roses, daisies and more for literally half the price. When I stopped back in to see the manager they did refund me- but the florist from earlier didn't speak one word to me and the manager didn't bother stepping out of his office. The only positive of the entire experience was getting my money back. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother stopping.

Terrible customer service!!!! I called and was left on hold. I called back and the lady said she didn't have time to talk to me... And they are extremely over priced.
