Rachel is making one of a kind out of this world cheesecakes and their costumer service was just as amazing. Thank you for your hard work.. the Pumpkin toffee cheesecake should stay around all year it's that good !! Definitely going back!!
If you haven't had them yet trust me, this is getting into perfect cheesecake territory. The texture probably the hardest part to get right is far above most anything out there, definitely the best in the Tampa area. Both the cake and the crust are just spectacular. The flavors are exceptional as well, but the texture of this cheese cake really is what makes me come back to it; seriously, they're dangerous. If you've had them at a farmers market but not bought directly from them at their business, you're in for an special experience. I called the owner directly, they were incredibly helpful. Don't worry about where their business is located, It's in an industrial/commercial area but their cakes are legit. I will basically only recommend this place for deserts from now on, it's that good, and the customer service can't be beat.

Goldmonster Bakery made my birthday cheesecake to my request, a lemon raspberry. It was without a doubt the best cheesecake I’ve ever had in my life! I’ve had the animal cracker, the fruity pebble, the brownie bottom, pumpkin, strawberry, and basically any flavor I can get my hands on. They’re all excellent! Check them out; you won’t be sorry!
These are the most amazing cheesecakes. You can order any custom creation you can think of. The mini's are perfect for one or two people, while a full cake has always been a hit at holidays. Also, the crust is to die for. I have never been disappointed!!
