Judy Goldstein is an absolutely horrible attorney.  Ms. Goldstein was supposed to be a fair, unbiased GAL and that did not happen. She never met with my child alone, she never met with my child and I together. However, Ms. Goldstein did meet with the other parent and our child and proceeded to ask leading questions of our child in the presence of the other parent. Ms. Goldstein ignored facts and records and made recommendations to the court that were NOT in the best interest of our child.  

Trying to set up an appointment was nearly impossible, as she wouldn't return calls. Ms. Goldstein also does not accept email unless it's from parties she approves of and likes. Her office staff was rude and uncooperative. At every turn, dealing with Ms. Goldstein was difficult.

Based on my experience with her, I would recommend that you do not hire her.  There are better, more compassionate, attorneys out there.

Called today,  to her office. Wow,  you want me to pay just to talk to you in your office without speaking to me by phone, before a visit to see if this is something you would even handle. Never have I ever,  had that happen to me. And I have dealt with several attorneys over the many years I have been around. Does sound as if money is more important then justice..$$$$$$$$$$$ such a deal.!!

I just called this office and the woman answering the phone was not pleasant AT ALL!! She even said, 'I'm not trying to be short with you' so she already knew she had no people skills. You're answering the phone, that is your job to be pleasant-- Most people calling an attorney's office is not is a very good mood, obviously because they need an attorney. This woman had no clue about anything and just wanted me to make an appointment. She had no clue what the fee was to walk in the door. I don't think people just say 'sure sign me up, I don't care what it costs'. Wow, I should have read more review before making the call! Call someone else, there are loads around! Didn't want to give it 1 star but I had to to post this.

One of the most rude and disrespectful attorneys I have ever met. I was never a client and never will be just because of the way that she talks to other people. Does not provide actual advice, only comments that lower other people. I am not sure if she thinks that she is above everyone and that is why she is acting like this or if there is something wrong with her but I definitely would never hire anyone who acts the way she does. She is the reason why people hate lawyers and make jokes about lawyers. Disgrace to the whole profession if you ask me.

I found Judy to be both professional an reasonable in her prices.  She represented my 16 year old son for a traffic violation.  She spoke to him directly about the incident while I sat with him in the room.  Her concern was that he learned that his lession, but was fairly represented in court.  I see no reason for the poor reviews, maybe someone with an ax to grind.
