I've been using Goleta Floral for many years.  They are trustworthy, reliable, and use their special style on all my orders to ensure customer and recipient satisfaction.  I once sent a $ 50 Wal-Mart card to include with the card.  No problem !  Handled beautifully !  Today again, I'm sending flowers to my high school sweetheart of 43 years now, and of course, Goleta Floral will do perfectly, as usual !  When it matters to you, it matters to Goleta Floral.

Living in Colorado I was unable to attend a graveside memorial servicefor my sister in Goleta, CA.  The cemetery recommended Goleta Floral to order flowers for the service.  When I called, the person on the phone was so very helpful.  I ordered the "Be My Love" bouquet.  My sister's husband was very impressed with the bouquet.  He took it home and said that the fragrance in his apartment was delightful and the flowers have really lasted a long time.  He especially loved the lilies in the arrangement.  Thank you Goleta Floral for making the arrangement so gorgeous for a special, yet sad, occasion.  God Bless You as you reach out to many with your beautiful flowers and floral arrangements. This is what I was told after Goleta Floral wrote down the wrong credit card # AND the wrong contact info TWICE. I was going to spend nearly $100 on a dozen roses for my mother--who is going through a really tough time right now--for Valentine's Day. The flowers were never delivered and when I called to ask what happened they said the credit card didn't go through and they couldn't reach me. Bad enough, but if this was my business I would have free flowers out before the customer hung up the phone. Instead, the OWNER told me it's "not our fault". NICE.

I like to support local business, but these people twice (separated by about a year) made me feel like I was imposing. I'll definitely drive the 10 miles downtown to a much better florist on Anapamu from now on.
