First time ordering here lucky to get their buy one get one deal $7.77…pretty nice, decent and neat place and friendly staff.  On the other hand I didn’t like the Pearl boba    because it’s not fully cooked in the middle I had to spit them out. I only ordered boba on my taro order the dirty brown milk tea is good.  Nothing compares to the taro from The Whale Tea cause they use fresh taro. Go Greenly has also good tasting taro it’s creamy. The ones at this Gong Cha location nothing special since it is powder and almost bland like Tous Les Jours. Just my two cents.

Amazing bubble tea!! An absolute must try. This location opened by work and cannot go a day without ordering. Friendliest staff. So clean. SO TASTY.

I love Gong Cha and was very happy to learn that there is now a location in Hartsdale! Super convenient especially since it’s on the way home for me. Sometimes I do my grocery shopping at the Trader Joe’s a few doors down and the last time I went, I decided to stop by this Gong Cha for some bubble tea. It was clean and the vibes in the store were immaculate! The staff are friendly and get your drink orders out in a timely manner. I will definitely return here for a post-grocery shopping treat!

Finally Gong Cha in Westchester! Great options from tons of different teas and juices to different types of add-ons try popping jellies for a fun experience. My go to bubble place going forward!  Wheelchair accessibility: Street level with no stairs so it&#39;s accessible

Brand new bubble tea spot.  They had good options.  Teas were delicious. Nice clean and friendly.  Well be back again.Food: 5/5

Ordered the caramel chocolate slush. No caramel and barely any chocolate flavor, tasted like i was drinking lightly flavored frozen chocolate water. Was disgusting.

The tea was okay, but the rude staff is enough for me to avoid this place. The place was empty when we came in and the employee at the register had an attitude while I was looking at the menu. Also, he messed up my order.
