The staffs here are poorly managed and trained. The drinks are always inconsistent. It’s like they don’t follow a formula and makes a drink however they want. Especially the sweetness level. I typically get my drink 30% to 50% sweet 75% is regular sweetness for Gongcha but usually my drinks ends up with being extra and/or overly sweet than the regular sweetness level, which I had before.  I’m also disappointed in the fact that they always run out of certain items on the menu. I’ve been to other location and never had this issue. This place has recently opened up and can definitely use some better management and inventory.

At first the drinks were pretty good. But over his past few weeks, the quality has taken a nose dive. I order 30% and several times the drink has been ridiculously sweet, today 30% equated to no so l sweetener... Sometimes they are out of add-ins so they are kind to swap for more pearls... But I don't really want half a cup of tapioca. I wish the app could have a message if they are out of something. I feel like they don't really read the order thoroughly and just make it based on a glance. A little quality control is all I ask. I always order when I'm driving past WeHa, and usually don't sample my beverage until I'm back on the road so I don't get a chance to ask them to fix my drink usually, which they are good about if I were to order in person...

BEST BOBA IN CONNECTICUT! I’m glad they opened Gong Cha in CT finally! Staff was very accommodating and friendly! Drinks are the best quality and didn’t take too long! Love the location. Definitely coming back as soon as I can!  The sweetness levels were on point and the boba tastes amazing :

I grabbed a brown sugar boba tea when I was at the Westfarms mall and I really enjoyed it! I would definitely stop by and grab a different flavor if I was ever in the mall in the future.

I ordered a strawberry milk and it was just strawberry on the side of the cup with milk so there really wasn’t a lot of flavor.  I’ve given it a few tries and most of their teas taste watered down. Boba texture is not as good as other places

The drinks are great as always. I am looking forward to coming back sometime soon!! The staff were super friendly as well and I had an overall great experience.

The drink is amazing but the service was really bad idk why would you  treat the customer different. I noticed that when i was ordering my order with my mom they treat me rudely because they thought my mom was my friends but when i call my mother “ mom” the guy treat us way differently.

Best boba I have ever had!!! Staff was so nice and caring and offered great service. Definitely come by if you want great quality boba

Not the best taro . Boba was not great either. I could not taste a thing.
