Milk Tea spot that opens slightly earlier. I like classic and the BrownSugar Milk Tea. but the Passionfruit is also pretty good :D

The dirty brown sugar is my favorite, and their strawberry is pretty decent as well. Love the cheese foam. My friend and I go here when we meet during our lunch breaks. I really enjoy that they ask you the ice and sugar levels, a lot of places won't and if you don't remember to say anything they just give you the full amount and it can bee too sweet.  I personally do less ice and 30% sugar and ot is perfect, for sweeter ones like strawberry I sometimes do no sugar at all.  I recommend, menu is decent so it is a great place if you stick to a favorite

Gong cha’s pretty reliable since it’s a chain. Love that it closes a little later at 10pm. If only it’d open earlier than it does now. They have the Fivestars app so you can earn points and there’s usually parking within a few blocks. I get all my drinks with light ice and half sugar to make it taste the best :

I ordered two drinks on the uber eat. One of them is the tea with boba. However, they did not put any straw in the bag. So, how can I drink? I was so angry about this. They are very careless in customer service. I hope this is the last time that happens.

I went here for their grand opening. It was crazy busy because of the promotion of buy 1 Get 1. The wait was about an hour . It was so insane. People were way to close to each inside and outside. Some people did a good job at social Distancing but other did not. I got to try a few of their top 10 drinks. The strawberry milk tea  taste like powder strawberry milk. The dirty brown sugar milk foam was okay. Just wasn't the best version of it. The cheese foam could of been a bit bolder in. Favor. The passion fruit was a bit to sweet . Everything was a hit or miss. Promotion was amazing. It allowed us to try more drinks, but this place won't be my first choice for boba tea. There way to many options in the area

Ordered so many and one of those was lychee oolong with aiyu and it tasted like tap water, no lychee flavor no nothing. It was the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had.  Updated: Today, my friend got me one Honey green tea for her come-back day. I was not about to accept it because I had bad experience there. F* me, it was the other cup of ice water. It should have been in honey flavor or at least I could have tasted what the tea was. What’s wrong with this location?  I would like to recommend the Malden location for absolutely more quality experience of Boba life. I’m a fan of Gong Cha but don’t go to the Quincy’s one! OMG!

This place sucks, we went there around 745, it was 810 and we had to leave without our drinks because we had a reservation for 830. We had no problem waiting but out of the two employees only one was actually working. The male worker kept walking away playing on his phone. Very frustrating experience
