Terrible terrible service!! All except for maybe one first responder was even concerned about myself, my niece and my daughters that were in an automobile accident! Along with the officers they were rude! I have NEVER encountered a fire department like this before, ever!! They called one ambulance for an accident that involved at least 10 people! And favored one specific vehicle, telling us if we wanted an ambulance we would have to wait for them to call another one. So we had to be transported by private vehicle! So much more I could say but I’ll leave this right here! The tow truck company had more compassion then these guys!!
My daughter is the leader of the 4-H Club and we bake Cupcakes for them as thanks for their service to the Gonzalez Community, they were very kind to her, they gave her a tour and even answered her questions! Thank you very much for your work!
On June 22, 2017 around 11:30pm for what ever reason my smoke alarm started to go off so I call Gonzales Fire Department Steven pick up the phone and I think I woke him up from a deep sleep : I told him my problem and he came out he was so nice and sweet !! Thank you Steven for helping me out I was a little stress
