I hate writing negative reviews but this pharmacy has got to be better at servicing the Johnstown/Milliken community. Whether you choose the drive-thru or go inside, there is no time that there isn’t a long line of people waiting. Is it a staffing issue, aging computer system, are they not growing their service with the size of the community? What’s worse is getting a different answer every time you call or go there as to the status of your prescription. I wait in long lines only to find out that I was essentially lied to about my prescription being filled. I return another day to find out they now need to order a new supply. At least twice per month I use this pharmacy and I liken my odds of acceptable service to that of winning powerball. The owner needs to stop apologizing to all of these negative reviews and become an active participant with fixing their service.

I am done with Good Day for good this time. My prescription today is not done after being sent electronically 5 hours ago. The clerk said there was a few in front of it yet. We quit using them for our regular stuff a couple years ago because the service was terrible. The people are just generally not helpful or rude. We live in Johnstown but it is a lot less frustrating to just run into Loveland.

I'm using my husband's account to write this review so this is actually Emily Kellogg. If I could give this pharmacy less than a one star I would! And I should've wrote this review years ago ... literally bad experience every time I come and I come monthly. Staff is beyond slow and rude. Something is also wrong with my order each time top it off! I've read the responses, and I know it's not their intention to provide bad service but the staff needs education on how to provide friendly and knowledgeable service. I'm a nurse and never treat my patients that way even if I'm having a bad day! I'll be moving my pharmacy to Firestone as soon as my child's prescription renews unless things change.

Slow and rude. I recently had a prescription change. The pharmacy was notified and I drove there an hour later. They told me they just received it and it would be about another hour so I went home. Upon returning an hour later in the drive through I was informed that there was a "screw up" and it will be about 5 minutes. There was a line so I told her I would come in. I waited in line for another 15 min. ( 4 people behind me.) When I approached the counter she asked my name again, I told her she found it, rang it up and said "this one's pretty expensive, that will be $ 816.00 please with insurance." I recently had a very necessary prescription change and unsure of what to do , feeling horrible , I felt pressured to just buy it. I was not aware of being able to deny a prescription, she was not helpful or informative nor were the 2 men in black behind the counter watching or the other 5 employees working. I feel taken advantage of. I called the Dr.who changed my perscriprion , now I am stuck with an 800 dollar unless prescription. I will be using a more professional pharmacy.

They aren't always quick, but they are always exceptionally helpful and nice. I've always felt like everyone who works there, treats me like a real human being, and maybe even a neighbor.
