Organized, made the most of what space they had to work with. Knowledgeable and stood up for the animals in need when needed. It was high 70's during our visit at the creature comforts visit but worked though the heat to get it done as fast as possible and had a bowl of water in the shade for pups that needed it
The service and the food was great!!! However the owner or manager scolded an employee while I was standing in the front reception area. VERY uncomfortable for all Especially me I didnt need to hear it. Those coversations should be off the floor behind a door!! Think twice before we stop there again!!
After speaking with the staff about my needs before waiting in line. I ultimately was told I'd be helped only to wait over 1.5 hours to be tuned away by Dr Black. Highly unprofessional and bad customer service. Huge room for improvement at this "clinic"..
I think they need to do something About how they have people lining up its confusing it is not good. I waited 2 hours just to get the last of my cats boosters. Maybe if they did separate days for cat people in dog people because you know dogs can go party anywhere cats can't That's hard for me to be in a cage that long People also jump in line is just not a good way to have people do their thing. Not very informational either I would like that have more questions do before being moved along But otherwise it's an OK thing fair price I probably won't go again

Kind and efficient excellent prices.
If you go to one of their clinics, make sure you go there early. Great service the staff is very caring and they are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
They are really great with our toy poodle puppy. They always answer all the questions we have and offer great advice.
Been loving them for 10+ years
