This was a good hotel for the price! Clean, spacious and fairly updated. I would recommend this hotel for the budget friendly consumer who appreciates clean rooms and friendly staff.

We usually stay at the very least a 3 star hotel but our other hotel had issues with our reservation and we need to book
Something live-able and within a budget. Would stay again.

I stayed there for a weekend with my family. I called in advance to make sure the room was clean and that we had non smoking being that we had my grandmother was with me. When we arrived they had us booked for a smoking room and the room that they switched us too had a dense smell like if it hadnt been opened up and aired out for a while. Our last night there I pushed the motel sheets off the bed and noticed a couple bugs in between those sheets. Thankfully I take my own pillows and blankets. I went to the front office and showed them the picture of the bugs and the employee said "Oh those are ear wigs, I can offer you 10% off your next stay but that's all I can do". The upside was that we were in walking distance to the outlets and a few restaurants, the room was spacious, and the employees were nice and apologetic.

Be careful on this hotel bedbugs.  Really sad   My cousin shes full of bites . She thought it was allergies and she find out  at the hospital was a bed bugs bites . Reading the reviews from last week someone post exactly the same thing bed bugs and the hotel and I have pictures to prove them.

This is what happens when you start at a ** hotel. Bed bug bites and dirty sheets. 

Motel is located next to highway 101. Very noisy and congested area. Close to residents v and outlets. I got bed bug bites and my wife and daughter as well. 

I do not recommend this location at all. Spend your money else where

nice and clean motel, but wouldn't book again. I booked for 24 nights for USD 1,538. Because I left the place for three days during my stay, I went upfront to the front desk to ask if it is possible to give the room back for three days during my stay. They changed my reservation and after the change the new reservation cost me USD 1,577. So the shorter stay (3 days less) cost me USD 39 more, although I thought I can save money when I stay less days there. I could have leave the reservation how it was, leave all my luggage in my room during the planed short trip and stay in the same room and it would have cost me less than it was after the change. I directly talked to the manager and he said he can't do anything against this situation. Everyone can decide by himself, if this is a good way to treat customers. And a day before there was a rat or mouse on the second floor corridor when I went out the room.
