I went here for rental assistance, the woman working the intake desk was extremely rude and dismissive and on my first visit I was turned away when she informed me that they did not help with hotels. I came back the following week after finding out they did provide assistance and was turned away again when they told me they only provide assistance for hotels with a refferal from St. Vincent de Paul. After jumping through all the hoops they did provide $300 assistance and the rest of the people working here were amazing. 
So, if you plan on going here for any type of help....bring your patience.

Staff member named Jackie treats homeless people like garbage, she belittles them, she's very inapropiate,  she's a phony, not qualified to work at the community Meal on Saturdays
