Stopped by for a Phoenix Philly sandwich and their garlic fries. Food was excellent. The place was busy, especially on the patio because Aviva was singing. That was great music.  Service took a little while but was good. Would definitely visit again.

The first time we went there for breakfast my omelette was too undercooked- runny. But i waited so long for the food to come out (40+ minutes) that I had no more time to wait for a different plate to be done...not that the waitress offered even an apology. Good thing i didn't pay for it. They took it off bill. Second time again took like 10 minutes to even get water, other 15 to have someone come about to take the order, and 45 minutes for PANCAKES to come out... and they were underdone also! So i had to eat only around the raw parts. I really wanted just 2 eggs and toast but the waiter said "we don't have that here". too bad, when they first opened we had the most amazing food-  tacos- and the service was awesome.. I'm not sure we'll come back- we love the place decor but food and service is downhill.

Good Time Charli's Bar and Grill has a pleasant atmosphere. Whether one is there to have lunch or to have drinks with friends, the term "good time" sits well in mind. They have a detailed full menu, a lunch menu and a kids menu. My fish tacos chosen from the lunch menu were delicious and the desert of apple sprinkles with ice cream was perfect. They serve weekend breakfast and their happy hours are 11 am to 7 pm everyday. There is a happy hours menu from 3 - 7 pm as well. They deliver and they also take care of private parties. There is live music/band based on clients requests every night. Outdoor seating is also available and service is great. A good time dining.

Great neighborhood bar! Looking at reviews, where? when? Who? Pours a 5 count drink? I wanna go!!! GTC pours a good drink and food is good! Love having bands playing so often! ONLY wish u could get better service during happy hour! Welcome to our fabulous neighborhood!!!

Brutally, and unfortunately, mediocre.

Came here a few times right after it opened. Was SUPER stoked for a local place with live music. The food wasn't bad, location's not bad and they DO have live music, which is awesome. All in all, most everything was fine but the SERVICE!...jeez...the service...food taking forever, stuff coming out wrong, the works. Every time. 

The final straw was showing up for "open mic night" which really should have been called "we love our house band night". Sat there for hours waiting to play...nothing. 

So, I quit going for a few months. 

Well, after months and months, I just left and I'm sad to say, not much has changed. Our food took forever to come out and we had other people's food and drinks come to our table 3 times.

A place can have the best food, best location, EVERYTHING can be perfect...but if you can't execute the fundamentals, you're doomed. 

Management needs to step up their game.
