Story

Goodale's Bike Shop. One of New Englands oldest bicycle shops. Founded in 1919 in Nashua, NH, Goodale's now has three locations, Nashua, Hooksett, and Concord. We are a full service bicycle shop. We Service all bikes!

We carry bikes from the industry's top brands including Cannondale, Specialized, and Trek. Other brands include Haro, and Premium.

We are a Certified BG FIT location.

We carry bikes for the entire family! Kids bikes, Mountain bikes, Hybrids, Comfort bikes, BMX bikes, Road Bikes and more!

Very impressed with the quality of customer service I received at this location. Employee Zack assisted my daughter and I with a previously most recently purchased bicycle tube that went flat- by replacing the defective tube with a new one and by helping to tighten the brakes on my daughter's bike with the greatest courtesy. Spent a wonderful weekend biking at a local bike Trail thanks to Zack who saved the day!

My experience was w/ the service department. The mechanic who worked on my bike (Dustin) was extremely skilled & a person on great integrity. I would recommend his work to anyone.

Unsatisfied. My bike wasn't shifting properly, so I asked them to tune it up. They said I would need a couple new parts. $175 later, I pick up my bike, and it still isn't fixed, the shifting problem persisted. I ask them to fix it as they said they would, and they told me "sometimes that happens, and there isn't much we can do about it." Spoke with Manager, Jason, and an associate. They offered to remove new parts and give me a partial refund, but this would leave my bike entirely useless, as the old parts are gone. Get a second opinion, or go elsewhere. They are dishonest, and don't care about making the customer happy. I will never return. I feel like I was cheated out of $175, as the tune-up and new parts did nothing for my bike.

As a former employee, I know firsthand that the guys in service and on the floor will do absolutely anything to assist a customer and give them the information they need to enjoy riding, regardless of their biking experience. It was a great place to work and the selection of bikes and accessories is awesome. Check out the bike swap or go in for a test ride if you're a newbie, you won't be disappointed. Also, ask about the Wednesday night rides if you're looking for a fun group of men and women to bike with- they don't care how fast you are- everyone there is just looking to have a good time riding! Great shop, even better staff.

They always are helpful. I always feel that my bike will be well cared for if I need to leave it to get fixed.
