I was reluctant to go here because they just opened a new location across the street from their old one and it was well advertised and it was a Saturday night. Instead, it was pretty empty. The store was clean and the sandwich was good. The service was good too. 

There was plenty of parking. You can see out to 21st street from the front seats which isn't very interesting. The building sits back from the street and the employee things it was a chiropractor's office in the past.

When I want a sub like sandwich, I will go to here or Jimmy John's nearby.

Generally, I've had many good things to say about this location. However, the past two times I've visited, my order has been wrong. I do believe I was given someone else's order. I ordered a Goodcent's original with spicy ranch, honey mustard, and mayo, but received a simple roast beef sandwich with mayo and lettuce. It is a shame, but I can see why this location is the one with the lowest ratings. Should I want Goodcent's again, I shall make the venture to a different location.

First time going in this store, looks great, food was good as always. Unfortunately the staff seemed to be angry and weren't friendly at all. Wich is a shame, because I prefer goodcents over subway or anyother sub shop. I work in food service so I know how it can get to be a really bad day in a short amount of time, but a smile or a Hello would be nice.

Very upset with this location. Poor communication between managers and staff. My soup was dried out and tasted old. This used to be my favorite place to go. I will no longer be going back to this location.
