This is one of the most customer focused storage unit facilities that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Jason and his staff are A1. They were very knowledgeable about rates and such. I will be recommending GoodFriend Self-Storage New Rochelle to all of my neighbors and associates who are in need of top notch and reputable company to address there storage needs.

Good friend Self Storage is a great facility. It's clean and always well maintained. Jason, Tony & Victor are always extremely helpful & professional. They always go out of their way to help which is a great reason to choose this facility over another. I would definitely recommend the facility & team for a storage solution in the area.

Always clean and very assessable to my unit.   Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and  concerns.  She made me feel that my belongings are safe.

The employees at this facility are friendly and helpful. Even if there is an issue they do their best to rectify it. They are knowledgeable about your storage needs. And the place is always clean.
